Dodajte ulje, mlijeko, džem i rum. Brašno, rogač, cimet i prašak za pecivo promiješajte i lagano dodajte smjesi s jajima. </p><p>Smjesu izliti u kalup za torte promjera 26 cm kojem ste dno obložili pek papirom, a stranice premazali s malo ulja. </p><p>Pećnicu zagrijati na 180 - 200 C i peći cca 30 minuta, sve zavisi od pećnice. Provjeriti s čačkalicom da li je torta pečena.</p><p>Kad je torta pečena napravite glazuru. Otopite čokoladu, slatko vrhnje i džem na laganoj vatri. Na malo ulja staviti oštro brašno (2 žlice) i popržiti ga, dodati mlijeko (500 ml), posoliti i naribati muškatni oraščić. Ja uvijek radim bešamel otprilike te dodajem malo po malo mlijeko, sve dok ne dobijem željenu gustoću. </p><p>Tepsiju premazati maslacem, staviti malo bešamela te krenuti sa slaganjem. Red kora, par žlica bešamela, brokula, ribani sir i tako sve dok ne potrošite kore. Tijesto podijeliti na dva jednaka dijela te u jedan dio dodati kavu i kakao.<br />
Tepsiju veličine 20x30 cm nauljiti i pobrašniti te naizmjenično ulijevati svijetlo i tamno tijesto.<br />
Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180-200C 20 - 30 minuta zavisi od pećnice.<br />
Provjeriti s čačkalicom da li je kolač pečen.<br />

Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti tijesto te ga izvaljati na otprilike 1 cm debljine. Izrezati oblike kakve želite i stavljati ih u tepsiju, koju ste obložili pek papirom. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200C 10 - 15 minuta, zavisi od pećnice, dok lagano porumene. Ne morate raditi veliki razmak jer keksići rastu samo u visinu.</div>

<strong>Za tijesto</strong> staviti vodu, maslac, šećer i sol u posudu i pričekati da zakuha. Kad zakuha staviti sa strane i dodati brašno. Vratiti na vatru i dobro miješati par minuta da dobijete glatko tijesto. Tijesto treba biti mlako kad dodajete jedno po jedno jaje i neprestano miksate. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Kad je tijesto ujednačeno stavljate u vrećicu na koju ste stavili špricu. Tepsiju obložite pek papirom i istiskujete tijesto kružno. Pećnica mora biti zagrijana na 200C te ih pečete 20 minuta, a zatim smanjite na 180C i pečete još 15 minuta. <strong>Za vrijeme pečenja pećnicu ne smijete otvarati.</strong></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Za kremu</strong> razmutite žumanjke u malo mlijeka te dodate pola šećera i gustin. Ostalo mlijeko, šećer i vanilin šećer stavite da se kuha. Kad provrije dodate smjesu jaja i dobro miješate par minuta. U ohlađeno dodati margarin i dobro izraditi mikserom.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Filate</strong> na način da ohlađene krafne prerežete vodoravno, napunite sa kremom i odozgo stavite umućeno slatko vrhnje te poklopite gornjim dijelom krafne (ukoliko slatko vrhnje nije već zaslađeno dodajte šećera po ukusu).</div>

Gotove princes krafne stavite u frižider na hlađenje par sati i prije posluživanja posipate šećerom u prahu.</div>

Ovo su mi jedne od dražih kiflica. Fine, mekane i brzo su gotove. Radim ih godinama, ali nikako da napišem recept.<br />
Recept je uzet sa čašice od kiselog vrhnja :)<br />
<b>Sastojci:</b><br />
600 g glatkog brašna<br />
1 prašak za pecivo<br />
1 čajna žličica soli<br />
1 žlica šećera<br />
200 ml toplog mlijeka<br />
1 vrećica suhog kvasca (7 g)<br />
100 ml ulja<br />
200 g kiselog vrhnja<br />
<b>Punjenje:</b><br />
sir i šunka<br />
<b>Za premaz i posipanje:</b><br />
jaje<br />
sezam, sol<br />
<b>Priprema:</b><br />
Pomiješati brašno, prašak za pecivo, soli i šećer. Mlijeku dodati suhi kvasac i promiješati dok se kvasac ne otopi. Uliti u smjesu brašna te dodati ulje i kiselo vrhnje. Zamijesiti u glatko tijesto.<br />
Podijeliti u 4 loptice te kružno izvaljati svaku lopticu na debljinu 0,5 cm i podijeliti na trokute.<br />
Staviti malo šunke i ribanog sira i zarolati.<br />
Premazati sa jajetom i odozgo posipati sa sezamom i sa malo soli.<br />
Peći na 180 - 200 C, 10 do 15 minuta, zavisi od pećnice.<br />
Ja obično radim duplu smjesu pa ostavim za drugi dan za doručak.</div>

Luk prodinstajte da bude staklast te mu dodajte pršut izrezan na rezance. Kad je pršut pustio sokove dodajte šparoge i zalite sa kuhanim vrhnjem.</div>

Njoke skuhajte prema uputi na vrećici te dodajte u pripremljeni umak (možete i sami napraviti njoke, ja koristim valjuške od Leda). Posoliti i popapriti prema ukusu. Pri posluživanju posipajte sa parmezanom.</div>

Jaja i šećer dobro izraditi te lagano dodavati sastojke po redu. Jabuke ručno umiješati u smjesu. Smjesu izliti u nauljenu i pobrašnjenu tepsiju veličine 22x33 cm i peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 - 200 C 30 - 40 minuta. Provjeriti sa čačkalicom da li biskvit pečen.<br />
Za glazuru otopiti čokoladu sa dodatkom ulja i mlijeka te preliti preko biskvita.<br />

Ovaj recept pronašla sam na internetu i oduševila se njime. Vrlo jednostavan za napraviti, a ima odličan okus čokolade i lješnjaka.</div>

<strong>Sastojci:</strong><br />
180 g pečenih lješnjaka<br />
100 g šećera<br />
210 g čokolade sa većim postotkom kakaa (iznad 50%)<br />
2 žlice gorkog kakaa<br />
300 ml mlijeka od lješnjaka<br />
<strong>Postupak:</strong><br />
Lješnjake i šećer staviti u multipraktik i miksati dok se lješnjaci ne pretvore u finu kremu. Zatim malo po malo dodati čokoladu (nije je potrebno otapati). Dodati kakao i na kraju postepeno dodavati mlijeko od lješnjaka.<br />
Kad je krema gotova potrebno ju je kuhati na pari 15 minuta uz povremeno miješanje.<br />
Dobivenu kremu pretresti u staklenku i čuvati u frižideru.<br />
Od ove količine dobije se cca 750 ml namaza.<br />
Po želji možete smanjiti šećer.<br />

<strong>Za biskvit</strong> jaja dobro umutiti sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom te uz lagano miješanje dodavati brašno promiješano sa praškom za pecivo. Biskvit peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici u okruglom kalupu promjera 28cm na 180C 12-15 minuta. Provjeriti sa čačkalicom da li je pečen.</div>

Kad je biskvit skoro hladan krenite na kuhanje žute kreme. </div>

<strong>Za žutu kremu</strong> 700 ml soka i šećer staviti na štednjak da se grije, a u ostatku dobro razmutiti prašak za puding. Kad je sok došao do vrenja dodati mu puding i miješati par minuta da se skuha. Vruću kremu preliti preko biskvita. Ostaviti da se dobro ohladi. Stavite je u hladnjak na sat vremena.</div>

<strong>Za bijelu kremu</strong> umutiti gustin sa malo mlijeka, a ostatak mlijeka sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom staviti na štednjak te kad je mlijeko uzavrelo dodati mu gustin i miješajte dok se ne zgusne. U ohlađenu kremu dodati umućeno slatko vrhnje i malo ruma te premazati preko ohlađene žute kreme. (Ukoliko koristite nezaslađeno slatko vrhnje povećajte količinu šećera).</div>

Na kraju lagano kuhačom u tijesto dodati bjelanjke. Kalup za kuglof dobro nauljiti i pobrašniti te uliti tijesto. Kuglof peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 C 15 minuta, a zatim smanjiti temperaturu na 150 C i peći još 35 minuta. Provjerite sa čačkalicom da li je kuglof pečen.</div>

<strong>Za biskvit</strong> dobro umutiti jaja sa šećerom te lagano dodati ulje, mlijeko i brašno promiješano sa praškom za pecivo. Smjesu podijeliti na dva dijela i u jedan staviti kakao. Tamni biskvit uliti u namašćenu tepsiju promjera 33x22 cm i peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200C cca 15 min. </div>

<strong>Za to vrijeme skuhati kremu</strong> na način da se brašno, šećer i vanilin šećer umute sa malo hladnog mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka zagrijati te dodati pripremljenu smjesu. Kad je kuhana umiješa se kokos. Vruću kremu razmazati po tamnom biskvite te preliti sa žutim dijelom biskvita i ispeče do kraja cca 25 minuta na 200C.</div>

<strong>Za biskvit</strong> jaja dobro umutiti sa šećerom te im dodati ulje i mlijeko. Brašno promiješati sa praškom za pecivo i pomalo dodavati u smjesu uz lagano miješanje.</div>

Biskvit podijeliti na dva dijela i u jedan dio staviti kakao.</div>

U namašćen lim 22x33 cm uliti žutu smjesu, a zatim na nju lagano ravnomjerno rasporediti tamnu smjesu. Višnje iz kompota ocijediti od soka i rasporediti po smjesi.</div>

Peći u zagrijanoj tepsiji na 180-200C cca 30 minuta. Provjerite sa čačkalicom da li je biskvit pečen.</div>

<strong>Za kremu</strong> prašak za puding promiješajte sa šećerom i vanilin šećer te dodajte malo hladnog mlijeka da dobijete tekuću smjesu. Ostatak mlijeka zagrijte do vrenja te dodajte pripremljenu smjesu i kuhajte par minuta uz stalno miješanje. U ohlađenu kremu dodajte margarin i dobro ga izradite.</div>

Kremu razmazati po ohlađenom kolaču.</div>

<strong>Za glazuru</strong> otopiti čokoladu sa mlijekom i žlicom ulja te razmazati po kremi.</div>

Kolač ostaviti u frižideru da se dobro ohladi, najbolje preko noći.</div>
